Hello!

I have updated my N95-8GB with the newest firmware.

After this, I cannot see the icon of wellness diary.

If I install a new version from the betalabs-download-site
(it is equal about pc-suite or directly over wifi with the N95-8GB),
I see on my N95-8GB a message like "wellness diary ist already exist (same version) - would you install wellness-diary?" If I say yes, the installation works about app. 75% and then I see a message "installing not possible", but wellness-diary is already on my N95-8GB, but I cannot see it on every place!

I use wellness-diary before the firmware-update about 10 times every day since 2008 march.
I would like to use it in the future - it is great! But I cannot.

Could you help me?

Which firmware are you referring to as the latest firmware is different depending on your phone product code. The product code can be found in the phone battery compartment behind the battery on a barcode label on your phone (the same label that shows your IMEI). It is a 7 digit number satrting with "05".

Have you checked in Application Manager for Wellness Diary to see if you can unnistall it from there. Firmware upgrade can often screw up sofwtare installed onto your phone as part of teh application fiels may have been deleted/overwritten during firmware upgrade.

Let me know if you are able to find it in App Manager and if you are able to uninstall it and also if you are then able to install a new copy.

I have refreshed the N95-8GB with the newest built in software.

After installation of the program it is started only once.
Then at program restart there is an inscription to wait and all disappears.

You could help me?

I have read, that WellnessDiary (WD) dosn't work with the new version of SportsTracker. I have now uninstalled SportsTracker and I want to install WD new. But while I install WD, it ask me, if I would like to overwrite the same version on my N95-8GB. If I klick on "yes" then at about 70% the installing programm stopped.

In the App Manager I didn't found the WD.

Today I have installed WD again.
The same result, but now I found WD in the App Manager, but I cannot find any icon to start WD.
Now I have uninstalled WD about the App Manager and I have download the newest version of WD and installed again...and...yes, the installing process goes to 100% and App Manager shows that WD is installed, but also again: no icon to found, so that I cannot start WD.

I have search the application in the list from the stand-by info for the start-screen, but I cannot find it in the list - the program is installed but I cannot find it anywhere!

Could you help me?
