I take it nobody else is getting this error?
It is after it has created the zip and you click to dowload. Is the same in IE, Firefox and Chrome.
Hi
Actually this is a known issue, it happens for large image connections, probably more than 500 images.
We are working to provide a solution to this

Hi, Just so you are aware, this is happening with collection which is only 75 images at the moment :)
We have been working on the download feature and there is a new version available on the web page. Please let us know if it now works for you.

I tried to download also my images few days back. I said to wait for the mail and nothing happened. And now when I look at this again I get still the same message:
-------------------------
Creating packages
Creating packages will take approximately one minute for 100 images, but may take longer. You can leave the page and return later to download the packages. The packages will remain downloadable for 48 hours.
If you have set up your email address to your Nokia Account, an email will be sent to you when the packages are ready.
-------------------------
Zipping 1200 pictures can't take this long :)
Anyway I'll cancel this and see if it helps
Thanks for the report! There were still some issues with the zip generation process, which hopefully are fixed now. Also, the e-mail notifications have suffered from some server problems.

Elina Vartiainen
I am having same problem on 4 November. I downloaded my images from the NIE site...then got an email from the system telling me the zip file was ready...but when I followed the link...the page showed only the yellow "cancel" button, not the promised "download" link.
