The major lack for me in Share Online is the ability to create new album directly from Share Online.
Share Online should give us the ability to create new Albums directly from the application as well as the option to select them as the upload directory, finally we should have the option to share the newly created albums with others.

You are correct BUT you can now share it directly to friend and family without the need to create an album. Just capture the photo and use send-->Share on Ovi button in the toolbar menu. Then choose who you want to share it with and that is it.
If you do want to create an album, you can use the mobile web, it is easy to create and the link to the mobile web site available from the client.
Not optimize experience, I agree, but relatively easy.

thats good news album can be created via mobile web although the need to create one via share online just be done to provide a more fluid experience, besides how many users will know about the via web method.
Not just create but
Not just create but recognize the created albums on the device. In the photos application for fp2 devices one can create an album an have selected photo shots in it. So why waste time re-creating an album that exits. So recognize what is in the device to save time and effort.

As I said, we must have the ability to create multiple new albums directly from the Share Online Application, then we can upload specific images to specific albums. So Share Online should also provide the ability to easily change the upload directory. Finally we need to be able to share specific albums with one or more contacts.
