Hi, some of these may be obvious but I don't want to take anything for granted.

-Authenticate with Ovi account
-Sync meetings with calendar
-Sync contacts from address boook
-Sync photos with Share on Ovi
-Sync with Ovi Chat (Ovi Contacts)
-Sync with groups in contacts

You have raised all the right things for making the experience even better. Some specific comments
1) Authenticate with OVI account - this is our high priority. Our goal is to get valuable feedback from the end user about the concept and the service and as such we wanted to go to the user fast. I hope this was a good call, and we would be starting the work on OVI account authentication.
2) Sync meeting with calendar - Being a browser based solution has its own advantages (like dont need to down load any software, works on any device etc). But at the same time you loose some of the important platform functionality like access to calendar, contacts etc. Having said, we could integrate at the back end with your favorite calendar service like OVI calendar. Again this was a feedback we have had from other users and it is on our road map.
3) Sync contacts from address book - Same problem as 2 and same solution as 2.
4) Sync photos with Share on OVI - Good point, didnt think about it. We integrated with OVI Files (though there are some issues that cropped up just yesterday).

Synchronising
If "Authenticate with OVI account" is used, could it not be synchronised with the OVI Calendar (Web based) and OVI Contacts (Web based) rather than on phone as the OVI Calendar (Web based) and Contacts (Web based) can then be synchonised to the phone if the user wishes anyway. This way you maintain the web based principal

That is exactly the idea..
OVI authentication makes the whole concept much more simpler for us. The idea for contacts and calendar is, when you create a Easy Meet meeting, the OVI calendar is displayed to the user and the user could create/drop the meeting into OVI calendar. Also for participants to the conference, OVI contacts could be used. This is the same principle with which we have done the integration of OVI Files - its just that since we are not OVI authenticated you have to enter user name/passwd twice. BTW we are having some technical issues with OVI files via Easy Meet and we would be back soon with that capability.

Only issue with OVI Contacts
Sounds like you guys are certainly headed in the right direction.
Just though I'd mention an issue that will be found by OVI users. the last time I checked when synchronising contact with OVI contacts the only information transfered is the generic info. If you have infor in the "business xxx" or "home xxx" fields these do not synchronise. I realise this is not something you team can effect change on, but it could effect you users as things develop.

Good roadmap
Hey guys you seem to be going well, specially with OVI account integration.
Only reason I didnt try easy meet was need register for new account, It's such a pain.

I completely understand your pain about having to register yet again to try a service. As i said earlier we did look at the account integration with OVI and realized that it would take us more time to get that thing going and we thought we would rather go to the user first and get their feedback and then add the OVI single sign on. In fact currently our thinking is to integrate other OVI services such as Contacts and calendar first and then go for single sign on. We are debating internally how we proceed on that.
Give Easy Meet a try and let us know your experience. The registration is not complex :)
