Bugreport for Here and now

Web: Page not found. Check Web Address

After insatlling I received the following message when I clicked on "Here and Now" in my browser.

"Web: Page not found. Check Web Address"

I will try a re-install, but anyone got any other ideas?

! ! Appollogies ! !
Just noted the following at the bottom of the main page

"Compatibility and system requirements
Should work on any Nokia device based on S60 3rd Edition FP2."

Any chance of an S60 FP1 version?

same problem here

any help unistalling it? I seem not to be able to figure out where are the packages it installed but one of them (3k of the ~200k)

Only one that shows up in Application manager is "IS Very Lite"

The only one that shows up in Application manager is "IS Very Lite Localizer" adn thus this is the only one that you can uninstall.

Althuogh the install log shows "Internet Suite Very Lite" and "Internet Suite Central Rep" also installed they do not show in the list of application and thus a no uninstallable at present.

Sorry about that

It seems that we have ignored to block out unsupported devices in the sis file. I know that this can be done, so this is one of the items for the next release.

About uninstallation: I'll have to talk to the developers and get back to you.

Same problem on E71

Is it supposed to work on E71? On mine it doesn't.

@Toni - No

No, it is not compatible with E71. It is FP2 only, E71 is FP1.

Note to Admins - We need the Phones & OS list as requested when the betalabs was in beta (!)

Uninstalling

Uninstalling the IS Very Lite Localizer will remove the whole application. This is enough because the other two SIS files are embedded within this SIS. All three show up separately during the installation, but removing the main component will also remove the embedded ones.

I am sorry about the confusion. The application was designed to be delivered integrated in the phone software and the sis installation package was done solely for the Beta Labs. It seems that we have ignored some of the basic rules here... we'll try to improve in the next release.

problem on 6110 navigator

The same problem "Page not found" is on 6110 navigator. Maybe it is not compatible?

Compatble with S60 3.2 only

Unfortunately the Nokia 6110 Navigator is S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1 and thus not compatible.

We are currently considering a backport, so watch this space. In a couple of weeks we should get the decision on whether we do it or not.

update error

I had "here and now" on my e71 and deleted it but I still get "update error" when trying to reinstall the update version!

Checked through all the apps in "app. Manager" and cannot see and referencve to here and now. Any ideas ho I can resolve this?

E66, update error

I too got the update error on my E66 when trying to update to the new HereAndNow.

I'm also got an error while trying to update on my e66, but then uninstaled old version and everything worked fine ;)

Uninstalling the old version was part of the installation instructions at some point, but it seems that we have managed to remove it. I'll ask that to be updated. Thanks for reporting!
