Thought yannve's idea should be brought to your attention. Thought it ws quite a nice idea. Not sure how doable it is but that's for you guys to decide. See attached thread

I like the suggestion, mbrett.

Morning all,

The benefits of implementing an issue status category would greatly assist us when trying to define the true nature of a user's problem. (user error or real bug) It would also help reduce topic redundancies.

This is especially true for NST because it has so many different software version variants to support.

I like the suggestion. But obviously it would require a level of dev interaction as yet unseen with a few of the betas. If it were to be implemented and not used by the dev's then forum user turnaround would increase.
