Not just a communications portal

In my perspective Beta Labs is a communication portal between Nokia Research Center and the end user community. Nokia Beta Labs has done an excellent job at this communications portal.
I was given the member of the month http://betalabs.nokia.com/blog/2009/01/15/beta-labs-contributor-of-the-m... for my participation of the new beta labs, which first seems "I" receive and "deserve" thanks.

But i do not view it this way.
Nokia Beta Labs has in fact acted as a portal of benefit for my well being.
As a current young biology student i am dealing/struggling with clinical major depression and Bi-Polar II.

Nokia Beta Labs in turn has given me the opportunity to interact in the goal of productivity,
So to me personally it has been a great gain where a "portal" of communication that i may use my creativity, my free time, to be use full and productive, which in turn benefits my well being.

Its an amazing feeling to collaborate in a space where both parties benefit, in various scenarios.

So i say thanks to Tommi, Ilkka and teemule for my road of recovery. I bet you guys didn't expect how much potential Nokia Beta Labs offers to the community ;).

Impressive Work Betalabs. Bet you didn't think you wold be getting involved with medical reseach as well as software research.

Congrats Snowy. I know your posts on the Betalabs forums have helped me out many times now. If ony more community members thought of the Betalabs in this way. I would just like to add teemule to the list of thank yous when it comes to the website. Love the site. Love the Apps. Love the Forums.

By the way, thx for your spirit over the board, it helps me keep optimistic towards others and the projects, because you certainly are persistent and do not give up support, in the eyes of too much noise. I can really learn from this and hope so do others.
