Suggestion for Nokia Beta Labs

Thu, 2009-05-14 00:34 navio1973: divide the forums in 2 or more sub forums

as I wrote in the Nokia Maps forum (http://betalabs.nokia.com/forum/topic/2319).
the suggestion could be extended to all forums:
Divide the post for the current version released and the old ones, or one for each version released.
an example:
Nokia maps 3 was released on the 2 Dec 2008, after on the 9 Feb 2009, and in few days/weeks there will be the next version will be released. At the moment there is more or less 25 pages for the whole forum of NM, when the next version will be released, every body will begin to write about the new one and old suggestions, bugs, etc could be confused for the current version if someone do not pay attention to the date of the post or could become useless. The old posts could be seen only like history

Thanks! It's a thought we've been thinking about for quite some time ourselves too. I'll see if we can make this happen later this year. I know the maps forum is very crowded already. If you wish to send feedback without using the forums, you can see the alternatives on the bottom of the maps page

Thank you for your feedback.
I think that is better send feedback trough the forum, in this way other people can give its own opinion or integrated what I wrote.
Best regards

Which is the reason we created the forums in the first place (previously we only had the private channel). It's just that even though we've made progress, we're still quite far from it being perfect. I'm still happy we're getting feedback, I believe it's better to have the problem of having too much feedback which is difficult to go trough than having no feedback at all :). Thanks for your feedback!
