Any development with pc suite?

Hi, The text message on pc suite are good to access and read. It takes ages to click on a message as it has to open communication centre.

You should be able to read messages using pc suite in addition to using communication centre as it is a nice small window. When clicking, messages should be set to read; (currently i read my messages by hovering the mouse over the message, which doesnt set to read)

The best place to post this may be on the discussion forums

The best place to post this may be on the discussion forums as this has graduated and as such there are no promises that the development teams will look in Graduated forums at all.

Conversation chat Window

Hi,

I haven’t got an account at discussions.nokia. I was hoping someone from nokia would reading my posts.

I would really like to see a chat window. Nokia don't do anything what so ever, so I decided to build my own:

http://www.luxton.us/public/forums/convo.jpg

You can import the csv contacts exported from conversation and the csv messages from conversation, and my app designed in access 07 will thread the messages together. Obviously, this would be better if you could send messages from this window also. This took me less than 2 hours to build (and constructing functions such as matching numbers with and without +44 prefixes)

Simply, click on a name and read the conversation. Messages are colour coded for direction.

Nokia could you add this sort of facility in conversation? It would be good to see a chat window but also the ability to store text messages on the computer and not have to always connect to phone.

If anyone likes this idea, you can download the access db here:
http://www.luxton.us/public/forums/messages.accdb
All you need to run is the messages form. Don't forget to enable macros.
