Discussion for Nokia Photo Browser

Mon, 2009-06-15 14:52 milan21884: no video support!

Why? Is that so hard to add? You said this should be a fun app for sharring moments with my friends. How is it fun if i, in order to show the videos i've taken, have to close the NPB and go to gallery to show them and then again if i want to show of my photos with this cool app i have to close gallery and again open NPB. Why guys? WHY?

Hi,
I also agree with you. It would be better if we also have video capability. Nokia should understand that its always better to have one application that will do everything rather than having 10 diff. applications doing 10 different job for the same 1 thing. (for example: photos and videos).

Sun, 2009-06-21 15:20 milan21884: Cause shoeib, videos are

Cause shoeib, videos are a form of photos, photos that change every second (FPS). Video is a moving picture. That's why they should include videos, also.

to be precise:
FPS is for Frames per second, it means how many photos there is in one second.
A video is a collection of pictures as written by milan21884

Tue, 2009-07-07 16:48 moita: Video Support

I agree with milan. Photo Browser is a great tool for sharing moments with friends. It would be nice when showing some photos to show some videos as well.

It would be great to have AVI video support, for videos taken from other cameras (like my CANON just record in AVI format). For example, the photos of my trip to the beach (taken from my cannon camera at 7 MPIX) are shown great in photo browser. Now I would like to see videos too.

Tue, 2009-11-03 16:12 patruns: I agree with shoeib. It is

I agree with shoeib. It is called Photo Browser, not video browser, or multi-media browser. Just plain photo browser. I would rather see the beta team work on improving the basic application rather then spending time expanding the capabilities for another form of media.

How about another app called Video Browser? User needs would probably be very different anyway.
