Instructions for bug reporting
Dear Nokia Ovi Suite users!
When you report bugs, please always add the details listed below. That helps us analyse and correct the problem and make Nokia Ovi Suite even better!
- Nokia Ovi Suite beta version (can be found in UI)
- Windows Operating system model and service pack
- Device model and device SW version (*#0000#)
- Ovi Suite language, operating system language, device language
- Connectivity: BT (stack and version)/Cable (type)
- Reproducible: Always/Hard to repeat/Easy to repeat/Appeared once
- PC Platform
- System information (Help - About Nokia Ovi Suite - System information - Copy text to clipboard)
