Unable to log into my account

I don't know if this is an Image exchange or OVI issue.

This is my old OVI account I haven]t used since January.
The contacts on this account were corrupted. I changed the password, and gave Nokia staff full access to this account so they could try to see what went wrong.

Now, as I installe NIE2, I received a msg from Image Exchange, that my phone is configured to us Tapaninyc Image Exchange account. I think that may be because I earlier had NIE1 briefly installed and have deleted it. Can]t remember for sure.

I cannot log into TapaniNYC account.
- The Ovi account new password I gave to Nokia OVI support does not work
- the old password does not work
- my phone number starting with + does not work
- my phone number starting with 0 does not work
- logging into tapaninyc OVI Nokia account does not work
- resetting my password does not work, as that leads me to reset tapaninyc Nokia account password - which I already know.

Don't sweat it, if there is no easy way to solve this. I am in no hurry to get there. Just wanted to let you know that there is a problem with NIE and OVI passwords.

Hi guys I am having problems

Hi guys

I am having problems getting my image exchange to work, I had to hard reset my Nokia E71 and install all software again. Now my image exchange cant log in and I dont know my password that was sent by email. Now I want to log in via web and cant because I dont know the pw. When I check on the login info the password is just a bunch of *********. It sends the sms out but still cant log in or sync.

Can you please help?

Basically you need to contact the support team via the follownig e-mail: imex-team@nokia.com

You need to provide them with your Mobile number (User Name) and they will sort it out for you.

Not able to logon thru PC

hi,

My user name and password (hidden) are saved in the mobile and i can upload the photo's. But, i can'nt access the same from web. How doi i change the password?
