Suggestion for Wellness Diary

Wellness Diary for 5th edition S60 (N97)

Wellness Diary is great software, and I was using it a lot with my E90. Now I changed to N97 and it seems that it is not supported and I cannot use the software anymore.

Please, make it support N97. Thanks.

I agree

This app is well overdue an update for the S60v3 devices aswell as it no longer supports the latest versions of Sports Tracker and that has been teh problem since March.

I have upgrdaded form an N95 8GB to an N97 so am also praying for an S60v5 version too.

Yes, please

I already run it on my 5800xm (I know it is not unsupported) and it is buggy and I lost all my data and I am really upset.

Why can't Symbian S60 be backward compatible like other operating systems.

Imagine if Microsoft forced you get new versions of all my software when you upgraded to Windows XP and Vista. Windows would die a quick death.

You know what upsets me?!?

Hi all,

You know what upsets me, I started a thread trying to get enough people telling Nokia to get going and fix it, but you all start another one. I am writing in this one to say...

"Come on Nokia, there is enough interest out there, lets get this thing working again..."

Now, can we all do a concerted effort in one thread, maybe they will listen to us.

Edward
Yes, I would still pay for this app too... Tooraj, I am totally with you on this.

every time i check wd is among top apps on betalabs

wellness diary has been right there on the most popular list on the front page of betalabs but still there are no offcial activity here in the forum whatsoever. Dang it, take a hint people like this app and people want this app. But everyones patience has it's limits. So say something.--- N95 31.0.0.17 | N97 12.0.0.24 ---

Why does it take so long?

I decided to have a 5800 on my O2 contract instead of the iPhone. I've always avoided the proprietary stuff (confirmed Linux geek of 8 years, no Windows here), and didn't like the way Apple tie you down. Now, 8 months later I'm still waiting for some of the apps I used daily on my N95 to become available for S60v5. Talking to workmates (IPhone owners) shows that like Linux apps become available very quickly through independent developers. If I knew 8 months ago what I know now, that Nokia are too slow with their software, it would have been an iPhone for me and if they don't hurry up, when my contract renewal is due...............

C'mon Nokia

C'mon Nokia. I also want this for my Nokia 5800XM.

But i am disappointed that no betalabs employee has still replied to this thread. So it may mean
that they are not working on it so far. Or is there another similar thread where they have replied?

However, i would not switch to another platform just for this app. However, i will note it down as one of the negatives of Nokia when deciding in future which phone to buy, unless Nokia improves.
