Nokia Audiobooks doesn`t work with Nokia Hedphones

I try to use this soft at Nokia E71 and Nokia E90 with Nokia Stereo Headset WH-202. And it has one bag - it can`t change volume up and down with headphones buttons. Only by phone buttons.

Devices;
E71, firmware 210.21.006 from 02-03-2009 RM-346
E90, firmware 300.34.84 from 27-08-2008 RA-6

same problem with nokia n95

same problem with nokia n95 8gb. perhaps integration with the music and podcast player would solve this?
