Just to throw this one out there. Are we any closer to a Mac (or indeed Linux) version of the Maps on Ovi plugin?

I'd like to support this - I really like maps on ovi, but it is not worth rebooting for. So I usually end up going back to google maps or entering data on the phone... The best thing, though, would be to develop a basic version that does not require a plugin. For instance, while I have windows on my office machine, I can't use maps on ovi there because I can't install anything...
I'm in the same boat as Nemoi, eagerly looking forward to Mac-compatible options. I've reviewed Maps on Ovi in windows and think it is a set of brilliant tools. Hope I can brag about it more with my Mac and Linux friends eventually!

Hi,
we are already working on having Safari support for Mac OS 10.5.x.

And what's about a Linux-version?
Why don't you use simply Java or Flash? So you would be really platfrom-independent
Of course it has to work on windows but making it windows only is strange. By supporting windows "monopoly" Nokia is supporting maybe their biggest competitor in future. With pc-monopoly MS can generate MS-only IT-world.
any chance to see the safari support already? I mean, for *beta* purposes :) I don't always have access to Windows* so havin direct access from safari/firefox on my mac would be just great.
i would love to see a mac version too... but i hope not just for safari.. i use firefox most of the time
...version would be great.
