SportsTracker stopped working on my E71

I had NST (Nokia SportsTracker) installed on my E71 and it was working good.

But I had to format my E71 (due to a critical error), and then I re-installed NST ver 2.06
It looks as if it is installed OK :
The App. Mgr sees it as installed
I see the icon
But when I am pressing the Icon - nothing happens.

I tried (twice) to remove the NST and install it again - but it does not work

Can you help ??
