1. Finger oriented interface (much larger items in Lonely planet, Events etc)
2. Fully offline Lonely planet, like Places before, because internet is not always available.
3. Update weather all at once with manual and automatic options. Make it available offline with previously downloaded data.
4. Reduce bandwidth usage.
5. Improve speed (weather, lonely planet events etc are loading very slowly)
Why if in Events or other features, when you select nearby and enter a location do you get the worlds name list of locations to confirm, seems to many clicks, if you didn't want nearby location you'd pick other, after all the device knows roughly where you are.
Use location more smartly, by all means give option for other but not as total override as it makes a mockery of location based service.
If you fix the GPS on the phone I might consider buying a license. There is no way I'll be spending that kind of money for an app that does not take me where I want to go or even show my location. As of now, I'll just look outside the window to see where I am rather than rely on Nokia Maps.
Still waiting to hear from Nokia customer service.
Get the phone to the Nokia service! I just got a new one as a replacement for the buggy previous and everything works properly now!
So I'm up in Yorkshire and plan a trip to say London, which is a 3 hour drive. How about being able to see what the weather is going to be like on the way down, maybe alerts if there is going to be very bad rain or storms or strong winds in selected areas, or if there is a possibily of roads being closed to flooding or snow.

The LP, Michelin good, but I found the 3.1 is less than what you had before, the 3.0 had another vendor in there which had extensive enhanced city content more so than than these companies. 3.1 interface much better for single touch and showing layer, but i need my city info back into the mix, on the single click homescreen. Digging a little bit, it was Wcities I think they also do the events.
Lonely Planets about London was a great disappointment.
I had expected to get the text of the London Guide, but I mostly got information about the adres of a place of interest.
