The server cannot be restarted from the web page (by sending the SMS). It simply just won't restart.

I installed the Web Server around 4/2009 (the version is from that time, the latest available) in to a N95 standard phone (not a 8 Gb).

Server version: 1.5.1

Phone SW: V31.0.017, 16-12-08,RM-159, Nokia N95 (03.01)

Have you enabled remote start from Mobile web server settings in your device also select working internet access point ? some user guide help is available at http://mymobilesite.net/files/MobileWebServer_UG_en_v15.pdf pages 14-19
