Bugreport for Ovi Maps Beta for mobile

I have the latest ovi maps beta update (from sep 7) on my 5800 (with the latest v31 firmware). Lately the program seems to constantly think that there is a new voice navigation update available. When I go to settings->navigation->voice guidance, there is always a star next to the "English (UK)- with street names" voice. When I select that voice, it tells me that a new version of the voice guidance is available. When I accept the download, it downloads & installs, but afterwards STILL will tell me that a new version is available. This persists even after a restart of maps.

Anyone else have this problem?

I can confirm this bug (Polish language in my case).

Hi ravidavi,

Actually we intodruced a lot of new stuff around the voice files in the 3.03 like the "with streetnames" option. Obviously there are open issues to be solved and we are constantly working on them.
Your specific problem is identified and we will have the fix available for the commercial release.
