Multiple numbers of same type supported in phones but not communication center

It is possible to add multiple numbers of the same type in the contacts on many of your phone models, however currently Communication center will only show the first number of a type. This means Communication Center is currently inadequate for managing contacts data if you make use of multiple numbers of the same type. You could argue that this is a suggestion rather than a bug, but I think not being able to access all the contact data on the phone is a bug.

Is there any planned resolution date for this bug?

Please take note that if the user backup his/her contact list through this software, and then restores the contact list back to the phone, those numbers will be lost.

More evidence that this is indeed a bug:
If you take a look inside the NBU back file, the VCards has those information stored there.
