Availability for 5800

I really enjoy the app on my 6110 nav. Recently bought a 5800 XE, can't find a version that works on it. Can someone help me make it work? Is there an update or version that works with the 5800?

Nokia, please consider to make Wellness Diary webbased for the 5800, like sportstracker (or integrate it) that would be nice (and easier to export).

thx! Elmar

Installed and working on my 5800

I installed this on my 5800XM (clicked the v 1.18 link, but I swear it said 1.25 when installing; no about page I can find).

It is working perfectly. Because you have to enter in multiple fields for certain data types, I find the T9 style keypad is better than qwerty, as there is too much time wasted on the screen roatation.

Installed and NOT working on my 5800!!!

I just installed it and yes it came up with version 1.25(1) but it doesn't work for me. It seems to try to start up, as the screen goes blank/black and then nothing happens.

I installed it on the memory card. Did you by any chance install it in the phone memory?

I have also transfered the data from my 6110 nav. so it could be trying to open my old data and crashing.

I have still kept my 6110 nav. an duse it just for Wellness Diary. It is a shame as 5800 is a fine phone.

No luck!

I uninstalled and installed it again on phone memory and still no good. This time it comes up with the "Opening, please wait..." message and then dies. I searched and found C:\System\data\wfrdb.sq and E:\System\data\wfrdb.sq files (there were two). I moved both and renamed them. Then reinstalled again. Still the same.

BTW, I have just updated the firmware to 21.

I am going to conclude the bloody thing is not compatible with 5800.

I just don't understand why new versions of OS need updated software! It is like Microsoft forcing every software vendor release new versions of their products for Windows XP or Vista. It is ridiculous really.

Problem siwth 5800

OK, thanks to the other discussions here, figured the problem was the Sports Tracker 2.6.

Also when I try to change the setting screen that has the data location and the NST import option, it crashes and when I go back the changes are not stored.

I can't also change the time range for the graphs, it just does nothing regardless of what date range I select.

Lost Wellness Diary Data

OK I know I am Wellness Diary under Symbian S60 5 is not supported, but I am desperate and Nokia is no help to me!

I lost all my data trying to change the setting and move the data from Phone To Memory Card. Wellness Diary crashed every time I tired to save the changes and while copying the data to the memory card. I think I tried this 3 or 4 times and then I noticed I had blank data file!

I then tried to restore the phone from backup and interestingly enough the Wellness Diary data is not restored! Damn you Nokia!

I hate my 5800! I can't run most of my favourite programs. It is just an expensive dumb phone to me.

It saves me right be a die hard Nokia fan and trusting them with a new product. All good things come to an end.
