In planning/concepting (not yet developed)

Hi mbrett,

Due to some very important "distractions", these have not advanced with the speed I had hoped they would. Due to dependencies we in Beta Labs have and limited as well as shared resources, the mentioned plans are delayed, but they are still planned to be done during this half. They are still not the next ones on the list to be implemented, so I ask you not to hold your breath just yet. We've already started the concepting of these features, so we're doing something about them! :)

Depends on the perspective :)

One thing we are very enthusiastic about is implementing a more systematic follow-up methodology to get a bit more reliable statistical data of our betas.

What this will mean in practice is that after e.g. two weeks of a launch, we would randomly select a number of users who have downloaded that app and who have agreed to be contacted in this way, and send them an SMS link to a UX survey.

I'm having a meeting today, where we should have a look at the schedule in more detail. I'll try to add another comment on this in the afternoon.
