Whenever i try opening the settings on N85, the application crashes.

Cannot explaing further i guess :)

Here are the details for the Application Error -

Array Index Out of Bounds
Java.lang
Arrayindexoutofboundsexception
Array indext out of range: 11

Audio Smileys works fine on my N85 though.

It works fine. This crash occurs when i open the Settings from the Options Menu.

Ones you press the settings option, can you see the C:/ or E:/ drives displayed?
Or does the app crashes right away?

Does your phone crash?
Or does the application "simply" closes?

The application would crash right away as soon as i pressed the settings option. No dialogue or the drives were displayed.

Yes, the other buttons worked. I could play the audio and stop them too.
