Review for Nokia Image Exchange

Worked Excellent On N95-1 V30, sucks on V31..

IMEX worked absolutely flawless on my N95-1 v30 except for certain laggy issues and crashes now and then, but that was more than bearable for the unique UI and quick photo browsing.

But now.... now after i upgraded to v31 it IMEX seems to have the same bad habbit as Gallery. It takes time to create the PaITbn thumbnails and what's worse it then displays 4 of each photo -1 for the actual images, 4 other sizes of the same picture from the PaITbn folder-.

Honestly this alone had deterred me from using IMEX on my N95 v31.
Aesthetically IMEX is great, however i think it would be useful to add a "send via MMS/Bluetooth" option to to furthur strengthen the media sharing experience on these multimedia devices.

I hope that was detailed enough, please, anyone who has found a workaround or can tell me how to corrent this problem post it here.

Thank you!

@zii

It works well on my N95-1 31.0.0.17, but i reformated both phone and memory card when i did the firmware update. Also I noticed that sereveral apps (especial system services) needs to be stoped an disabled, then undeleted, phone rebooted and then one can install upgraded app.

@Zii

Hi Zii,

You can now share images via Bluetooth and MMS by selecting "Share.." in the image menu and then "Send.." from the sharing menu.

On behalf of Nokia Image Exchange team,

Elina
