Nokia Imageexchange is a really nice looking app, finally symbian started to look sleek and serious. And I hope Nokia is going further with this simple design, I like it alot. I have a (regular) N95, and the phone is quietly passing its time. Newer phones are faster, but I dont like the touch software. It is still more a game than a serious thing. So, after installing the software first, it wouldnt uopload images, which is the first reason I installed software anyway. After uninstalling and istalling again, it didnt work. Some days after, maybe hours really, my Messages app went crazy. I couldnt get into my SMS inbox at all. Then a lot of other apps started to NOT open. I thought maybe I have outdated firmware, I checked, and I didnt. I reinstalled the phone anyway, backed up, lost some time to do it, and all of the programs were up and running. Then couple of days past and I realized I didnt install ImageExchange! So I did again, and you guess, my inbox was again blocked, along with other software. I deinstalled the ImageExchange and deleted its folders. And now everything works fine. I dont know... if U can help me I would be happy. But I fear this is just a very early beta that somehow screws up other programs... Shame it does, I really like the interface... and it is fast, I mean scrolling images in nokia regular gallery is just insanely slow. So Image Exchange is refreshingly fast. Please, finalize the app soon :)

Suggestion: Image Exchange Accelerometer by Bionic_Fresh

This suggestion has to do more with the accelerometer and our Nokia devices really.

The added accelerometer that comes with this app, should be standardized throughout. It's very good and the smooth switching from portrait to landscape and vice versa is superior to the default that is pre-installed on the device.

I suggest that this accelerometer be made downloadable for free to replace the default.

I am having same problem on 4 November. I downloaded my images from the NIE site...then got an email from the system telling me the zip file was ready...but when I followed the link...the page showed only the yellow "cancel" button, not the promised "download" link.

Great Concept, But So buggy.. it uses lot of space on phone memory.. almost 90%..

Hi folks,
It's a great potential program (I use it since the early betas), but even after new changes you made in website as I see today, is a little caotic.
Please, integrate it to Ovi. Maybe most important, as Facebook, integrate it to Orkut too. In Brazil Nokia has the biggest market share in cel phones and Orkut is the biggest relationship site in Brazil and India.

goodevening

every time i turn-on the phone(95-1) the application start to connect to wifi and upload item!
i have to go to "connection" and "disconnect", i can't see the application on the active application.
i try to uninstall image exchange but uninstall fail!!

and i have to remove the uploaded photo but i don't find a way to delete all in one shot.

can some one help me?

It will be great if the following will be included into next version:

Chance to link services like Flickr, Picasa with Image Exchange.
And after that to synchronize them with the phone. In this case you can use 1 common place for pictures and easy download them to phone or vice versa!

hi i cant seem to be able to update or uninstall imageexchange (v 0.95 b1496) on my nokia e71x (v03.27 date03-10-09). I tried directly on phone and via pc suite. neither works. please help. and also how i keep getting SMS to update imageexchange. how can i stop that?
