Please do not install City Lens in E:Mass Memory or E:SD. Try to install it in C:Phone Memory. Please let us know your software version, are you using Belle?

Yes, I'm using Belle.
In C: I have the same problem. Installation stops by itself. While I install the app, it stops itself.

Looks like the installation did not go though properly. Please uninstall the below files and run the smart installer again
Menu -> Settings -> Installations -> Already Installed -> City Lens
Menu -> Settings -> Installations -> Already Installed -> City Lens Installer

Install the new file from : http://betalabs.nokia.com/apps/nokia-city-lens/download_and_installation

Please do not install City Lens in E:Mass Memory or E:SD. Try to install it in C:Phone Memory and see if it works fine.

After doing this let us know if you still see any issues with the following details
1. Device Model (N8, C7...)
2. Software Version - can get by dialing *#0000#
