The app needs to have a working internet connection during the installation. You may also need to update the firmware on your phone. Could you please post your firmware version.
Very simple bro...i too once caught in such prob.
Remove the memory card and restart. Solved with your problem.
And get your memory card formatted by any system not through your N8....
