Are you using OVI suite? Try installing manually from File Browser.

Try both way it did not work.

I found the solution,
Ever after i remove the application , i found a file in application manager with size 4KB.

after delete this file, and try to reinstall via OVI, it works.

I think this is the root cause for all the installation problems. For some reason all of the files are not uninstalled properly. The reason for this is still unknown but we will try to check how to overcome this.

Edit: Do you remember the name of the file that was left? Was it "Nokia Big Screen Beta Install Helper" or "Nokia Big Screen Beta Central Repository Files"?

I had got the same issue, I found in my application manager "Nokia Big Screen Beta Central Repository Files" 4ko file , I deleted it as suggested here above and reinstall Big screen... The miracle operated !!

I have Nokia N8 (India). I have tried to install Nokia maps 3.8.104 OTA. But my Nokia maps was not opening. I have Uninstalled it, then I was tring to reinstall my previous maps but it failed. Now my N8 has no maps. Please help me NOKIA....
