Firstly congratulations on a great application. Works great, attach HDMI cable and you get a great experience on your big screen, nothing load, it just appears.
A few suggestions, make the navigation work in landscape mode. Have a look at using the application with about 500 pictures. I started a slide show approx 500 images and the application crashed. I think it gave an out of memory error.
