1. Software version is: 100.34.20 29-09-2007 RM-244 Nokia E51 (217.03)
2. I tried downloading to PC and then using Nokia PC Suite to install onto the E51. I also tried direct download using the phone. Both failed with the same error message.

I would do following:
1. Update the firmware of the device using PC Suite (as it seems that you have it). Take all required back ups what you need.
2. Then install the application

The certificate has expired. Error nr 2153775105.
Install fails - Certificate Expired - N8-00 Symbian Belle 111.030.0609
Strangely when viewing the app certificate at the install prompt it shows Valid Until 08/03/2012 and the issuing Nokia Online CA cert stills seems to be valid so not sure why the phone thinks the certificate is expired. Maybe it is installing another component with expired certificate (failure seems to happen right near the end of the install - just a quick popup reporting Expired certificate with big red !

Hello Nokia - anybody listening?
It would be nice if you could at least acknowledge this issue and advise what you intend to do about it and when, otherwise what is the point of people providing their feedback if you are not listening?

Cannot install because certificate has expired.
Edit: I see this is already mentioned couple of times. Does anyone have any idea when the new version is going to be released?
@richardrudling - mjtasa from the product team acknowledged this on another thread, which I've now joined below this one.
And I've temporarily removed the installer from the Try It page until a newly signed one is available.

I downloaded the program,it is working!
N8-00 with bella 111.030.0609 I had one downloaded months ago, that one give a certificate error today. Thanks for fixing this.

can't install on my 701 with the latest,,it says expired certificate
Same here: "exopired certificate" trying to install Nokia Connectivity Analyser on my N8 with Belle software.

Well .............. I just adjusted the date ahead and behind my present time and did not work after making changes for me.

cannot install: always prompts the error "Certificate expired " ( on any drive C, E or F of my Nokia N8 ). I tried to install the .sis file directly on the phone via the installer wizard implemented inside my N8.
My technical setup:
Nokia N8 Symbian Belle 111.030.0609 - QT 4.7.4
PC: Windows Vista Home premium 64 bits

changing the date before installing the app has worked for me...after the installation i put the correct date.

In Nokia N8 and N97 failed as it show: Certificate expired!!! This appear when it will be installed.

I have been able to fix the problem by changing the date to 2011 and installing and then when installed change year back to 2012. I hope that this helps you all. nquatan gave us the answer but I foolishly did not read his fix properly and thought it was about being just a day out instead it was a problem with the year!

I had a problem with Certificate expired too...
Changed the date to 20/02/2011, and problem still persists!
I tried turning phone on and off, but that made no difference...
