Watched video again, & couldn't understand anything about Diagnostics. He needs to slow down. He has a really strong accent. Is the same when someone from India (I am not racist, sorry about earlier grammar) talks on the phone - they think we understand them and phone call lasts for ever with sorry, pardon... All they have to do is slow down & people will understand first time & save time. But I can't change all Indians minds on how brilliant they are at speaking English.
