Now we need your help with this. If you experience installation issues, please install file browser from following link and then send us installation logfile which is located on your device.
How to take logs:
1.Install file browser http://www.developer.nokia.com/info/sw.nokia.com/id/5d967f6a-5ca5-48bc-8dbf-1d91207217a0/Symbian_FileBrowser.html
2. open file browser application and create following folder to c:drive -> c:\logs\adm
3. send all files ( from your device ) under this folder after unsuccessful installation and email log files to following address: to:firstname.lastname@example.org
subject: Nokia Drop 1.4 installation issue
You need to have a SIM card in your device to install all of the applications. If you don't, application won't install.
We have already a few log files (sent by Betalabs users), but we need more to pinpoint the root cause.
