how can you give me a message like this is this app was made for the 303 and 302 and i have the 303 then i get this message

Your device needs to run new firmware like 14.53.
It is available as an upgrade for most of the 302 and 303 variants.
Are you saying you see this message from the application installation process or on the betalabs website. The error message you are facing seems like the betalabs profile request.
So Assuming the message is from the Betalabs site requires you to list the device you are using, you can add more then 1 device so that the right content is made available to you.
