Can you be more specific on which part of the signup has been more difficult for you ? is it related to initial credential request, autodiscovery or need to select what to synchronize ?

It depends on the exchange email server you want to connect the application against. Here is some general advice for the initial login screen, all you need is the following 5 items to enter:
1. Email : is your current email address in your email service: firstname.lastname@companyname.com
2. Server: This is mail server name , for example: mail.companyname.com
3. Domain: Is the domain name of your account usually set from the IT Administrator configuring the email server, usually companyname.com
4. username: your username which you use to login to your account at companyname.com, could be firstname.lastname/firstname.
5. password: your password for the email service you are subscribed to

Sorry which device are you using ? Asha 302 ? Can you be more specific about the error message ? Do you get it when updating the software or when starting the mail for exchange ?

Tengo un 303, El mensaje de error es "Aplicaciones en conflicto. Mostrar elementos?" Si / No El problema ocurrió cuando se actualizo el nokia browser. Durante la instalación de mail for exchange no tuve ningún problema.

I have recently purchased Asha 302, and downloaded mail for exchange, and its not working. will you be able to tell me, how to resolve it?
Initially it was asking for the Network Selection, and getting the error " Waiting for network, searching for network"

again it starts asking for the network,

can u please let me know what is the error?

hai there,

I have done as you said, downloaded and copied both MFE.cre and MFE.html file to the device,and when i clicked on the link it says :

403 Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /sites/default/files/mfe.cer on this server.

Please advise.

Please, copy the files in Gallery or MMC card with Nokia Suite.
It looks like that you have copied cer file to the place where browser cannot access ?

If you still see the same error message then, please, copy the files in MMC card and do certificate installation from there. There might be some platform/firmware related limitations to access Gallery.

i have tried all the possible folders and places on the phone to install mfe.html and mfe.cer it says forbidden on the link
Please suggest

Guys,

The certificate file not available anymore on your server.
http://betalabs.nokia.com/sites/default/files/mfe.cer.

You may need to fix the problem on your side: fix access to the file or update URL to it in your installation steps (if location of the file has been changed). Thanks!
