I'm using the released version 1.3.0.0 from the regular marketplace, not the beta app.
I'm missing a volume slider to control my DLNA devices volume.
My usage scenario at home is that my stereo is always on in my living and ready to play music via DLNA. However, playing back music at a random volume is very uncomfortable - sometimes I'm near the speakers and want a lower volume. At other times I'm in the other end of my apartment and need to turn up the volume to be able to hear the music.
Other DLNA player applications on Windows and Windows Phone has volume control, so I hope you will add this in a future version (soon:)).
