True - it installs to E6 but only the server functionality. So the push features will not be available in E6.

i follow the installation process and change the language, but I cannot find the icon of the program...
How can I use the program without launching the icon?
My PS3 cannot se my E6,even if I have dlna service installed...
Try "Menu -> Settings -> Connections -> Play To server" I hope it helps! (Already mentioned on the other conversation.)

unfortunately app is not working on my E6 :-(
I can install but didn´t get any icon and even with ""Menu -> Settings -> Connections -> Play To server" I can switch in but nothin happend and I cannot access to any server
Any ideas?
After setting PTS "On" on your E6, you should check network connections or media share on your other device (probably on your TV) which is connected to the same network with your E6. I'm sharing my media via home-wifi and watch my videos from SmartTV without using any cables. Your phone becomes the "Server", and other devices will play the media on your server/phone.
Normally, you do not need to but you may check any firewall (or security) settings from the router if you are using some strict security settings.

Hello,
why this app doesn't work on E6?
It should install w/o any problems. At least mine did after changing the default language to "English". Might be a temporary server problem, but I down-ed it approx. 2 months ago.

I can't find the icon either even though the installation went smoothly. Will this be supported under Belle? Why is the E6 not supported when the other two phones with the same hardware are????

Failed to installation my Nokia E6-00 :( Maybe, the reason is the system language?
I installed npt w/o any problems. There's no icon, but you can start the server from menu - settings - connections. Works perfecly with my LG-smart TV. Even the videos play without any problems. The only thing is that it can't buffer fast enough to play HD-video.
I have that too, and it's detected by my Sony, but how then do I push content to the TV? Share (e.g. in photos) only gives the option for Social Networks, send only gives the normal Messaging options. How do I select content?
After I had discovered a bug in Smart Installer, I tried to install NPT with E6 loaded as English system. The installation process went smoothly and 2 DLNA services were installed. But there were no icons/loaders/starters in the application folder/menu for NPT.
When will NPT be compatible with E6? I am willing to connect my phone to Samsung Smart TV and enjoy high quality media share. Looking forward to hear soon.

Make sure your phone and Sony are connected to the same (W)LAN.
Activate NPT on your E6.
Your Sony should have a DLNA-server function. Find it and open it.
You will see that you'll be able to choose the content on your E6 to play on your Sony. (photos, movies, music)

PS: I could not find how to start the program/connection. It might be obvious for those who are familier with mobile products, but it was a kind surprising for me to find NPT under the connections menu.

Fair enough, thanks a lot, but I thought the purpose was to be able to "push" content to the TV without having to navigate to it?
I have a Sony tablet S and it's the same principal, but I get to choose from the device, which makes more sense.
