Sorry to hear about your problem. Can you give us some routes you were trying, so we can replicate the problem?
Thanks
I think the problem is not with the route... Because some time ago when I tried for the first time It worked well! Now is not telling Me the schedules but only the track to follow, and most of the times is not the fastest way! Some tracks examples: from "piazza Montanari" to "Via paolo veronese, 250" the best way is taking the 62 from "1876 Boston" to "1391 Lulli" and then by foot for 300meters or less... I'm trying to replace Google maps with this app! Other thing you can add is the bus navigation into the maps!
Still have no solution for this problem? Don't want to think that Nokia is making the usual behavior in front of new products.... When the Symbian ^3 was the new, problem support were more efficient!
I get results when searching for this route:
From: Piazza Carlo Montanari, 10137 Turin
To: Via Paolo Veronese, 10148 Turin
The suggested route is to walk to "1876-Boston", take bus 62 to "1391-Lulli" and then walk for 100m.
So just as you described.
Can you please check if you also get these results?
If you do get them - what is wrong and what needs to be improved?
good morning! Thanks for the answer.
My problem is that this new app version, doesn't goes very well for me. It says that my area is not supported, and I am in Turin and as you can verify seems to be instead! But sometimes, very rarely, the app gives me the route but telling me that route can not be guaranteed because time tables are not available for my area... I'm really needing this application! Google maps is not supported anymore and I don't know how to move by myself! Honestly, I'd like to stop asking my girlfriend by text to check in her iphone which bus I should take. It makes me loose credibility sustaining Nokia phones! :-( help!
Hi
I've sent you a private email with some screenshots of the routes you mentioned. Please take a look so we can get to the bottom of this.
Cheers
The problem was actually solved! I was using a modded firmware which had PT included on it. So the compiler didn't do a very good work because he forgot the supported regions file. So the app, don't having the list, couldn't know that there where time tables for my city. It was enough to put the file into the right directory and voitlá!
Thanks Len, Thanks Nokia!
Cheers,
Luis
