Moderator moved from Nokia Public Transport for Symbian v2.0/Bug reports/could not find my location. I m in Beijing.
my phone is 808. when I entry it, it will search my place. but it could not find my place. I'm in Beijing. I have used PT in Lumia 800, it worked well.

Did you get the "could not find your position"
just at the first time start-up after you clicked "Start", or
does the app in general have problems trying to get your location when you are in the journey planner or transport nearby?
Do you get the "green icon" next to "your location"?
in the normal use case, it just show "searching your position" (in Chinese). But it has searched for 5 minutes, still could not find my place or get referance place near my location.
