Now When we try to type the message it is going to a separate page that is easy when chatting using the app. If the message type screen in the same screen will help us lot for chatting too.

I am looking for a safe messenger and therefore decided to try Nokia Pulse. The application looks nice, it is easy to use it... But I deleted it. People I keep in touch use different mobile phones with various OS, and Nokia Pulse can not be installed there. In addition this program can not be run on a desktop. It would be nice if messages with location are being received as e- mails too. Looking forward for Nokia Chat.

Pulse looks good. Simple, easy to use and secure group messaging app. But many people does not want secure, they want to post it everywhere. Also there are many rivals outside - like Whatsapp, Viber, Skype or even Facebook. You need to convince people to leave those app in favor to Pulse. If Pulse be released, it shoud be much better than rivals and also have a better support and marketing - maybe even integration to WP. That will be realy great.

Just make it multiplatform and it will work fine. It might never get too popular but it looks alot fresher then other social services. How long will it take to make android and iphone app for this? Since I use Nokia and would like to see my frends use this :D

I love this app, but alot of my friends have IOS or Android and I was wondering when the Nokia Pulse app would come to those platforms.

Why did you remove comments? Thanks to the comments feature you could use Pulse as a private little group where you could have discussions with a group of friends (much like the Facebook group future). This future made Pulse special from all the other instant messaging apps. I understand that you removed the comment future because it is easier to see new messages but it makes it harder to follow the discussion and see which messages people have responded to. Take comments back and implement something like twitter´s mentions when someone responds to your message as a comment. You could swipe left in the conversaton view and see your unread mentions. Please also change the order of the messages so that new messages are on top. If it is possible please include Nokia Pulse in the share menu option like you did with the Bluetooth Share app so you could share from any app to a Pulse conversation. (Location information, now playing info, pictures, websites urls, youtube videos, voice notes) The Pulse app has one of the best UIs of the Nokia Lumia applications. Simple, clean and well organized.

Im using pulse sice it appeared in the labs. First on my primary Symbian C6-01 Device, later also on my secondary WP7 Lumia 800. The great UI, the Options to get notified, take locations and pictures impressed me and made it useful to communicate with friends in a close area. But the development started to put everything upside down. First the comments were removed, which killed every overview within the conversation. There is no reference between two postings anymore which makes it hart to have a conversation with more than 2 people. Futhermore the Support for Symbian is announced to be killed. Thats not acceptable for a long term Symbian^3 User who still has such a device in all day use. We supported you guys with bug-reports and testings over many versions, in hope for a great social alternative to whatsapp or else. You re welcome. Also on my Lumia 800 WP7.8 it is not possible anymore to pin a conversation to startscreen (gray option within the app). Well done, i will quit using pulse in the near future. on both devices. Thank you

The app is good but sometimes takes a few mins for the message to get through, with a map sometimes it failes to link but all in all a great app

I have no friend in nokia pulse, i dont know the idea. If nokia pulse can do like flipboard that would be very very interesting

Pls fix it. Symbaian/Harmattan Users can´t communicate with WP8 Users because of the new "no comment is shown" feature. Tooo bad! Thumbs down!

Gostei muito do app, A nokia usa o quem tem N8 como eu, pra testa os programas mas na hora de colocar oficialmente não vai fazer para N8! Então pq não testam só nos Lumia, e ainda vão fazer pra iOS e Android a concorrência vai ter, mas os seus clientes mais antigos não?? Vou compra um IOS, já que a nokia vai dar suporte ao concorrente ...

What will you take of next from pulse? Since you cant use Pc browser in the future. I dont think the htlm5 suport on other phones arent that great. It app for the major platforms Wp, Symbian 3(belle), Symbian 40 (well i think they trow out that app idea too, Ios, Android. It seems that nobody buts any effort in the pulse app and seems the funding is running dry too. Picture quality is prety bad, Wp8 app has alot of bugs that havent beeing fixed. If Nokia thinked a head they could get suport to make for example Amazon kindle pulse app or even future Os Jolla. Well better stick using whatsapp since it works on every phone and it has more features and gets updates even for the Symbian 3. Its stypid trying to keep everything exlusive for Nokia phones or Windows phones. Have you even tried making Windows 8 Pc app ? Pulse has taken many steps but now it walking back where it came from Ou and make this text to the Blog it hasnt realy beeing updated. As Nokia Pulse beta further evolves as a mobile messaging experience, we have decided to discontinue the desktop web support for Pulse effective 5 March 2013. After that date, you will no longer be able to access your Pulse conversations from the desktop web. The app _was_ promising at first but latest update (0.10.24.0) has rendered it unusable for messaging: * The update flipped message stream upside down so newest messages are now bottom unlike in other applications. * Also comment feature was removed so it is impossible to track conversations. * The update succeeded in increasing number of taps needed to use the application properly These "new features" and functionality removals has led me to a decision to ditch the app

When I first saw the concept of Nokia Pulse I was really excited! Having a personal group wall for sharing experiences with really close intimate people is a really promising thing. The Nokia Lumia app was really well executed. I never get lost on it and I can browse fast through content and get the exact amount of detailed information when I wanted. Using the app always feels right and easy so I enjoy it. Unfortunately, I was just testing it with my girlfriend and she doesn't have a Nokia Lumia so she was stuck with the website which is not as cool as the app itself. Our conversations are also very small so I can't say how effective it is for big streams of content. We were also missing the ability to upload small audio and video clips. Pictures are great but sometimes we also like to share a small voice message or quick video clip that an image cannot capture. Talking about images, most of the time the Nokia Lumia 800 camera didn't produce nice pictures so we were always wanting a way to apply some effects, filters or adjust some properties like brightness, contrast and saturation. Instagram is wonderful for mobile pictures. Overall, I totally look forward to this great app with great features!
