First off all, I have been a Nokia fan for years - since 1995. I have loved the products and defended them at all times.
But now, really, I can no longer defend the way you treat customers. Hell yes, Mr. Elop is doing a fantastic job and the new Lumia series kicks ass. But what about all your devoted fans still using Symbian? I have a Mac and a N8 I want to update. I get crashes from the beta software so no way to update (why haven't you seen that so many of your fans do not use PC's?) . I used my girlfriends work computer and to update my N8. When it dies and need replacement you do no longer have me on the list of customers. Bye bye ;)
