Nokia Software Updater for Mac doesn't work!

This doesn't work! Just keeps checking for update continuously. Snow Leopard. N8.

Same situation on N8. Earlier version worked with phone. It does identify the phone and OS version but then goes into an infinite loop and never stops. Must use Force Quit to close.

I discovered quitting Multimedia Transfer on your Mac allows it to work.

On N8, Lion quiting Multimedia Transfer solved the problem. Has worked fine since.
