Herrzeba, this is the exact reason why we decided to block Nokia Belle update for Mac version. However due to a lot of feedback we enabled the update again but with a warning, you should do backup for personal content before updating to Belle. Reason for this is that Nokia Belle has changed content in C:\ which requires erasing that area. Unfortunately for Mac version the is no backup in NSU.

I would expect more professional approach from the biggest phone manufacturer! With Samsung and Apple around the corner details often decide customer's loyalty.

Around 6 years ago my friend talked me into using Nokia instead of Sony Ericsson and I was happy with the change. However Nokia's new decisions (one of them is Symbian's death) with their smartphones have been disappointing. And NSF for Mac is another nail in the coffin for me.

LOL ! Excellent ! And who programmed this version ? Whoelse than the Nokia crew...?

This kind of costumer low esteem, will lead me to the fact that "unfortunately" I won't buy any further nokia product.
