Nokia Betalabs

My Nokia 3110c was updated recently using the device software update tool.. Now it running the version 7.21

After the update many problems begin
1)i cant use the "#" key to switch the profiles

2)Cant connect the phone to PC using Nokia PC Suite.. It shows error saying that the phone is missing some settings...

Device is not recognised by my PC suite as it should be


I reinstalled my Software(s) and even the Windows... Still no use

Tried to restore the "Factory Settings"
Not working

Now i lost everything on my mobile.. :(

Device details:

Nokia 3110classic
Cuurently running on V07.21 {05-11-08}
RM-237

I use Google Chrome+Firefox+IE+Safari (All the Browsers are up to date)

To reproduce the bug:

---try updating it on any other phone
(my friend is experiencing the same)

it doesnt even recognise my phone to do the update...
