The programm always said that he can't find my device. Why??

Could you send NSU log file to Software-Update.Logs@nokia.com.
Title: Can't find my phone.

You can find the log file from here:

Win XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Nokia\NSU3\NOSSU2\logs
Win Vista & Win7: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Nokia\NSU3\NOSSU2\logs
