Nokia Betalabs

If one goes to the Nokia website, there is supposedly updates all the way to version 40. something. The software updater is saying the latest is 12.2.082 This is extremely irratating because the phone keeps asking to be updated, but the updates are not going through. The problem persists in the OVI suite. Please somebody look into fixing that. There needs to be access for the program to see that there is a version 40 of software update.
