Problems with Upgrade Nokia 6220 Classic software 5.15 by Nokia Software Update and Ovi Suite

I have problems with Nokia Ovi Suite 2.1 and Nokia software updater 2.4.1 WHEN I TRY To UPGRAD EMY SOFTWARE TO newest version in Nokia 6220 Classic - when upgrade proces starting, shows 145 Mb to download when reach dhis limit it's start downloading up to 267Mb and at this stage i switch off upgrade proces.

Below details of software versions and OS.

I have funny screen shot but is imposible to post it here i can't find this option

Basicly it shows progres bar whith reaching 145Mb and starting increasing up to 200Mb something :-)

Nokia Ovi Suite 2.1.0.87

In cas eyou did not know there is a newer version of Nokia software updater.

V2.4.5 from this site http://betalabs.nokia.com/apps/nokia-software-updater/download_and_insta...

You might want to try this and see if it works for you

I use the newest

NokiaSoftwareUpdaterSetup_2.4.5PL

and

Nokia Ovi Suite 2.1.0.87

and this same problem ...

Ok Sorry - you said 2.4.1 so thought I would mention.

Have you tried letting it download that 267Mb and see what happens?

I pay for 3Gb in O2 Pay and Go 15 Pound and i dont wan't do check because i want to check - program says it's 145Mb at begining of download procces

Ok now im going out anyway i left it to download how mutch is necesary :-) but i think is stupid probably is server problem or my ISP

Oh Right

I figured you would probably have broadband without limits. Kind of got used to that these days.

You could just wait for the staff at beta labs to reply and see if they know anything about this issue - its not something I have experienced yet
