Hello, Nokia Suite 3.3.90 don't recognize my nokia account. I can not sing to my nokia account from nokia suites.
But my nokia E7-00 Anna (025.007.263.05) backup worked fine and so one nokia X3-00 backing up.
Same sign-in problem. After I installed the new Nokia Suite 3.3.90 Beta I could not enter my nokia account any more.

Suite shows me this message:
"Can't connect to Nokia Server, retry or check my LAN Connection".
My LAN Connection is Ok, I can write you this message. And I can browse Internet by Firefox, Explorer, etc.
I reboot my PC but the bug still continues.

Same problem here. Update from 3.3.84 to 3.3.90. Since the update, I can not sign into my account. Using Win XP.
I have the same problems with the new beta. Can't login and the program can't remember my username and password. Logfiles are on their way to you guys. Hope you'll fix this soon :-)

Same problem as the other 50 posts before:
3.3.90 can't log into Nokia accounts.
Seems to be a general problem with this version.
Nokia people are working on it, hopefully we get a fix asap.
I solved this uninstalling this 3.3.90 and re-installing 3.3.86

Nokia Suite 3.3.86 worked fine until I downloaded and installed 3.3.90 last night. Since then I get the following error when I try and get Suite to login to my Nokia account:

I can use my Nokia account for everything else (Betalabs, Nokia Discussions etc) on the same PC through the same connection and the account verifies fine on my phone through the same broadband connection. It's just not connecting through this new version of Suite.
Same here just updated and the sign in doesn't even "try" to connect. I restarted, check firewall, but this is a definitely software issue. 3.3.86. During previous updated it remained signed in. Okay Nokia you know what to do.

Please remove everything you have on your PC Nokia - Ovi Suite for things, then CCleaner cleans registry, restart the computer install clean Ovi Suite v3.4 beta , firewall and antivirus be off this time .Connect gsm to PC with usb cable and waith to install driver . If you are using the default proxy server for connecting to internet. Then you would have been experiencing this sign-in problem using Nokia Suite 3.4.16 and 3.4.19 beta.

I had this problem a long time ago and it appeared to be fixed in a previous release. Nokia Suite 3.4.16 beta appeared to be o.k. but now the problem is back after upgrading to 3.4.19 beta. I uninstalled Nokia Suite 3.4.19 and reinstalled 3.4.19 and I still can't login.
Error message on first use is: Invalid Credentials
Then if I try later, it states either that the Username or Password were not recognised. The same username/password lets me login to http://store.ovi.com/ using the browser.

I can't login with my Nokia account. It says to check my internet connection, but the conncetion works fine. Because of this i can't download maps or updates from Nokia Suite.

Since the last update (3.3.90) NS won't connect to the account server. It's impossible to log in with my Nokia ID. I shut down the firewall but the problem still remains.
Following my earlier report, I did some searches and found that Nokia Suite attempts to connect to account.nokia.com using https (port 443).
Can someone confirm if this is correct?
So using firefox browser, I attempted to connect to https://account.nokia.com/
If I use the Wireshark application to monitor the Gigabit ethernet interface, I can see the https packets exchanged between browser and account.nokia.com
However, if I start Nokia Suite and watch the trace in the Wireshark application, there are no packets seen at all. It is as if Nokia Suite is not even attempting to connect to account.nokia.com. In fact, during the Nokia Suite "Signing In" phase, there appear to be no packets at all sent to/from any ip address on any interface.
So it appears that Nokia Suite can't communicate to the outside world, but then I try something else.
In Nokia Suite (with my N8-00 connected) I check for software updates and it tells me that 3.4.19 is installed, then I select "Refresh".
Then I can see (in Wireshark) packets to 60.234.55.90 with messages like:
GET /OviSuite/D5878294-C113-43c5-A24F-FC333C52015A.xml HTTP/1.1\r\n
Then there is DNS query for download.releasenotes.nokia.com: type A, class IN.
Then I see (in Wireshark) packets to 60.234.55.83 with message like:
GET /RM-596_core_en-GB.xml HTTP/1.1\r\n
So it appears that the software update part of Nokia Suite is communicating with the Nokia servers, but the "Sign in" part is not.

For what it's worth, sign-in to the Nokia Account fails for me while I am connected to my company's VPN. If I disable the VPN connection, sign-in works fine. I can even sign in to the VPN again after connection, and the connection remains working fine.
Earlier versions of Nokia Suite were able to connect to the Nokia/Ovi account even while a VPN connection was active.
No proxy server is used, and other web sites can be opened fine.

I have installed this new Nokia Suite 3.3.90 Beta on a PC . I cant sign in , whats the wrong ?
@taza99: I am pleased to say that 3.4.21 fixes this issue for me, and I can log on again as before, even while on the VPN.
I had to download 3.4.21 manually, as it was not shown as an update to me.
For what it's worth, I still get "Couldn't connect to Nokia Store" when first going to the Store page with the VPN connected. Again, this is fixed when disconnecting the VPN briefly and going to the store once.

In summary, it seems to me that with 3.4.21 both connecting to the Store as well as receiving notification of updates (such as map data) do not work reliably while I am connected to the VPN. Logging in with my Nokia account now works fine after the latest update, but takes a little longer while on the VPN.
