Could you please provide additional information?
- What kind of network did you use when this failed?
- Did you change networks in any way before this occurred? Network disconnected and then connected for example?
- Does computer reboot help?

I still have the problem when I try to reinstall nokia suite, when you are installing a new box appears stating "that there is a problem that the previous version of nokia suite can not be uninstalled" ...

Could you try reinstall Nokia suite:
- Go to Program and Features or Add remove in Control Panel
- Click Nokia Suite
- Click Uninstall

Uninstall also:
- Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver
- PC connectivity Solution

Then restart computer.

- Download and install latest Nokia Suite 3.3.86 version from www.nokia.com/nokiasuite
- Restart Computer again
- Connect the device, do not open Nokia Suite and wait for all the driver to be loaded by windows.
- Once done then launch Nokia Suite.
- Check for the issue

I done everything I've listed but I still can, apparently I can not delete a file from which you indicated me, PC connectivity solution to wanting Program and Features eliminate the computer tells me that,

the file "C: NokiaInstallerCache \ PackageCache \ {9555943E-1A3B-4D60-963A-2E1CFDCE617F} \ Setup \ PCCS.msi" is not a valid installation package for your PC Connectivity Solution. Locate the package instalcaion "PCCS.msi" in a folder from which you can install PC Connectivity Solution.

and searched for that file on my computer but do not match ("C: NokiaInstallerCache \ PackageCache \ {9555943E-1A3B-4D60-963A-2E1CFDCE617F} \ Setup \ PCCS.msi")

do not know if this file is which can not reinstall nokia suite.

The version of the program that I can not uninstall for the reasons you mention is the version 11.5.24.0 pc connectivity solution.

Hi ibracr,

Could you try to run repair for your CURRENT installation. To do that you have to go to add/remove programs and double click Nokia Suite icon. If repair succeeds then try upgrading again.

Microsoft has replaced their cleanup utility with Microsoft Fix It. In most cases it can fix corrupted installation files/registry entries. Try this if repair in previous step didn't help.

I have to admit I was very helpful this support, both yours as microsoft support very well the truth.
With that I could fix the problem, I fix things on my computer and the application of nokia suite and ready and I have it installed and running.
