cant update my nokia suite to the latest version ie 3.4.21.0...

i hav nokia suite 3.4.19.whenever i try to update it to the version 3.4.21.0 it shows could not connect to service..but my connection has no problem in it... i use net ,,downloaded stuffs ..its all wrking fine... soo pls help.. otherwise nokia suite is deeee best.. superb UI.. osome new features.. i love u nokia beta labs.. its one of the best things!!!!

Could you try to update later? It could be some problems on the server side.

Could you please provide us the system properties and log files?

I have the same error and have sublitted Logs.
I worked around by downloading the full package via http following the link from the Beta Site although it failed to download the full package last night but did this morning. It would point to the fact that the download file via http was fixed this morning but the update from within the Suite has not and will fail.

I am sure the Team will resolve soon and have it on their list to fix.

I try again but it's impossible update it from 3.4.19

No way to install this update package of 9MB. I have this bug too, I sent feedback from Nokia Suite.
I'm downloading final version 3.4.21 from the download and installation page (89MB). I hope it works fine.

I've heard of many that have been able to update today... Btw, here on my own, same problem than yesterday... If it does not work, and/or you say that is not a server problem, I will eventually manually update with the installer ;)

Issue at the server?

I used the download version of the update en than installed it, this works, but the update using nokia suite himself doesn't work , always the same message, It does not connect tot the internet ..

Nokia suite wont update even though i have internet connection. i am even able to download from the nokia store and log in with my nokia account within the application, but it wont get the 3.4.21 update, saying that there is a problem connecting to the service. i am in australia if that helps.

All, I have the same problem, but I went here in betalabs or here in http://www.softpedia.com/dyn-postdownload.php?p=131674&t=0&i=1 download it manually then runs it into your PC/ultrabook, my problem solved.
