I am using Nokia suite 3.4.49 on a
PC using windows 7 professional 32bit connected by USB cable to a Nokia 701 which is running 111.010.1009.
The music on my phone is held on a 32gb micro SD card which currently has 3.7 gb free. The phone is communicated with Nokia Suite in Media Transfer mode and the relevant drivers were all installed automatically without problem.
I have three problems:
1. Music reported as having been copied properly from my PC to the phone which is, nevertheless, not there
2. Music which according to Nokia suite is duplicated on my phone but which I am pretty sure is not and
3. Music which Nokia suite shows as not present on my phone which I can see clearly in a phone explorer accessed from the Windows file manage, on the phone's file manager and in the phone's music player, and which I can play on the phone with no problems.
In short, the functions for reading music on the phone and for copying music to the phone are unreliable. This is not just a one off problem. I have noticed it repeatedly.
The tracks on the phone, visible on the phone's music player, the phone's file manager, the windows file manager and the PC Nokia Music Player software all agree; only Nokia suite differs and is wrong.
(I have disconnected my phone, exited Nokia Suite, restarted it and done a View Refresh to update Nokia Suite's list of tracks available on the phone but this does not solve anything. Exactly the same tracks are shown as being missing/duplicated before as after.)

have the same problem like You described in number 3. Nokia Suite doesn't see any music on my phone ( i uploded it via windows explorer) and i can't upload any music through the application. Maybe reinstall will help.
edit: reinstalling nokia suite did the trick. maybe installing through the update option is not good idea after all
